Online Store Terms

Products

Our Candles and Shakeables are handcrafted. Slight variations in color, texture, fragrance, appearance, or finish may occur and do not necessarily indicate a defect.

We make reasonable efforts to display product colors and images accurately; however, appearance may vary depending on the customer’s screen or device.

Product availability is not guaranteed. We reserve the right to modify, limit, or discontinue a product without notice.

Product Use and Safety

Customers are responsible for following all product-use and safety instructions provided with their order.

Candles must never be left burning unattended and should be kept away from children, pets, drafts, and flammable materials. Shakeables must be used only in an appropriate electric wax warmer and must never be consumed or applied to the skin.

ROOTiT ROSE Candle Company is not responsible for damage or injury caused by improper use, failure to follow safety instructions, or use of a product for an unintended purpose, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

Pricing and Payments

Prices are displayed in the currency selected for the customer’s country or region. Prices, promotions, discounts, and product availability may change without notice.

We reserve the right to correct pricing, product, or order errors. If an error affects an order that has already been placed, we will attempt to contact the customer using the information provided at checkout.

Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household, account, payment method, or order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order when we reasonably suspect fraud, unauthorized activity, pricing errors, inventory issues, or misuse of the website. If payment has already been collected for a canceled order, the appropriate amount will be refunded.
