International Shipping

Shipping Address Accuracy

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at rootitrose@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage so we can assist you.

Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages, but we will gladly assist you in filing a claim with the carrier when possible.
